9月1日（水）午後７時からの「第70回宿輪ゼミ」のご連絡です。
今回の教室は（いつもの）文京区民センター２Aです。
今回は皆様の強いリクエストによる
宿輪先生自らの「決済」特別講義です！
先生は皆様ご存じのようにエコノミストや大学の先生としても一流ですが、
実は「決済」でも日本の第一人者です。
日本国内の決済システム改革には殆ど携わってきましたし、
ＣＬＳ銀行設立にも参画し、
アジアの汎アジア決済システムのグランドデザインも作成。
全国銀行協会連合会の決済関連部会やＳＷＩＦＴ委員会の部会長も務め、
財務省・金融庁の金融インフラ関係研究会にも参加しました。
最近では「資金決済法」の成立をご支援していたのは
記憶に新しいところ。
「決済」は一般の方には分かりにくいですが、
おカネの流れとを考えてたら、知らなくてはならないこと。
ＦＸでも実際にネット上で契約はするものの、
どうやって口座にはいるのかとかは知っていてもいいと思います。
またＢＩＳや金融取引関係の法案も、決済（清算）システムの強化によって、
市場のリスクを削減しようとあたらしい規定もスタートします。
金融関係者やＩＴ関係者には必須ですし、
一般の方も知っていていい内容だと思います。
このような講義は多分、日本で宿輪先生しかできないと思います。
